The Ministry for European Integration is organizing the 10th National Conference on European Territorial Cooperation Programmes, which will take place on 23 September 2026 in Novi Sad.
The conference will present the European Territorial Cooperation programmes in which the Republic of Serbia participates, the results achieved so far, and opportunities for future projects.
The conference will be opened by Nemanja Starović, Minister for European Integration; Žarko Mićin, Mayor of Novi Sad; Ivan Stoilković, Minister of Local Self-Government of the Republic of North Macedonia; representatives of the European Commission, Nuria Aldao and Morey Gilland (video message); and Andreas von Beckerath, Ambassador and Head of the Republic of Serbia.
The conference programme will include the panel discussion “Global Europe”, a ceremonial grant award session for beneficiaries of the IPA Cross-Border Cooperation Programmes Serbia-North Macedonia and Serbia-Montenegro, as well as several thematic sessions dedicated to European Territorial Cooperation programmes and the presentation of successful projects implemented in the Republic of Serbia.
The conference is the central event dedicated to European Territorial Cooperation programmes in which the Republic of Serbia participates, providing an opportunity to exchange experiences, present results, and establish new partnerships among institutions and organisations from the region and the European Union.
