Minister of European Integration Nemanja Starović met today in Vienna with the Federal Minister of the Republic of Austria for Europe, Integration and Family, Claudia Bauer, with whom he discussed Serbia's progress in the European integration process, the implementation of the Reform Agenda, and current issues in the accession process.
Minister Starović emphasised that Serbia remains strongly committed to implementing the reforms and fulfilling obligations on its path towards membership in the European Union, expressing his expectation that conditions for the opening of Cluster 3 will be created in the coming period.
The interlocutors also discussed the organization of the Specialised Expo EXPO 2027 in Belgrade, which represents an important opportunity for strengthening international cooperation and presenting Serbia's development potential.
The two ministers confirmed the importance of continuing close cooperation between Serbia and Austria. Minister Starović thanked Austria for its consistent and continuous support for the European integration of Serbia and the Western Balkans region.
