As part of the Interreg VI-A IPA Bulgaria–Serbia Programme 2021–2027, the Joint Secretariat is organising an Info Day on 24 April 2025 at 10:30 AM (Bulgarian time). The event will take place at the Youth Centre in Kyustendil, located at Marin Drinov 7 (next to the ODK building).
The Info Day is being organised in connection with the Call for Project Proposals under Priority 1: A Competitive Cross-Border Region, with the Specific Objective RSO1.3:
“Promoting sustainable growth and competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises and job creation in small and medium-sized enterprises, including through productive investments.” The Call was announced on 10 March 2025.
The aim of the Call is to encourage investments in innovative solutions, improved production processes, increased energy efficiency, and the development of the circular economy. The grant amount per project ranges between EUR 200,000 and EUR 400,000, while the amounts for individual enterprises range between EUR 50,000 and EUR 200,000.
During the Info Day, the following topics will be covered:
• Overview of the basic rules for submitting project proposals
• Eligibility of applicants, activities and costs, and estimated budget
• Methodology for the evaluation of project proposals
• Practical guidelines for applying and electronic submission of documents
