The inaugural meeting of the Youth Council members within the framework of the Adriatic-Ionian Strategy (EUSAIR Youth Council) took place from 21 to 23 November 2024 in Dubrovnik. The meeting aimed to familiarise participants, exchange ideas, and define future activities for youth involvement within the EUSAIR strategy.
Youth Council members from Serbia and their counterparts from neighbouring countries engaged in interactive workshops and discussions to address key topics such as climate change, sustainable development, and youth participation in decision-making processes. Special focus was given to drafting the Council’s rulebook, which will outline the roles and responsibilities of its members.
It was agreed that the Youth Council’s activities will continue in line with strategic objectives, ensuring active participation from all members. This meeting marks an important step toward strengthening regional youth cooperation and their role in creating a sustainable future.
